Free $1000 Website

I hope you're all having a great weekend. No matter how great it's been, it's about to get even better.

Despite all the great offers I've run into lately, I'm still a skeptic by nature. So when I got an email telling me I could get a fully operational business website for free I wanted to know what the catch was. Since they didn't ask for any credit card info I knew it was safe to sign up. So I did.

I put my URL on one of my traffic exchanges, sent an email to my favorite safelist and figured I'd check back in a few days. However, they send me an email a few minutes later asking if I wanted to upgrade. I figured that even though I'm still dead set on spending nothing to make money online, I'd at least check out the prices. I clicked the link, decided I'd think about the $11.95 a month upgrade. It's a great deal, but I'm not ready to shatter the entire premise behind this blog yet.

As I was about the close the page I noticed that next to the My Earnings listing on the left it said $10.25. Seriously. I hit refresh, changed pages, tried a few things just to make sure I had the right info. And I did. In less than $15 I had already made $10.25 with a free program. Needless to say, this is by far the fastest return I've received to date. It's also the most in one chunk.
When you load the Pajama Professional Websites page a fly-in ad will ask you to enter your name and email address for info on how to get the free website. I highly recommend doing this.

But that's not the end of the opportunities. After you enter your name and email address to sign up for your free website, make sure to check out the paid ready-made businesses offered on the site. There are three paid choices for Pajama Professional Websites. These ready-made sites range from $39.95 to $49.95 and let you begin running your own lucrative site immediately. No set-up required on your part! You probably won't strike it rich with the free website offer, but with the paid sites you could work just part time and bring in $1000 a month. Think how much you could make full time?

I understand if you're not willing or ready to invest money in an online business, but you really don't want to pass up the free website offer. Sign up right now and maybe, like me, you'll be $10 richer in 10 minutes.

Advantage Processors Promise Low Merchant Account Rates

There seem to be a million companies online that offer merchant account services. Trying to choose the right one can be an overwhelming task. If you're in need of a merchant account and you don't know where to start, I would recommend checking out Advantage Processors.

Advantage Processors offers a full range of services including different typoes of merchant accounts for high risk (gaming, adults sites, debt collection) and low risk (retail, restaurants, home based business) merchants. Even if you've had problems with merchant accounts in the past, Advantage Processorswill most likely work with you.

Though Advantage Processors doesn't list any pricing on their site, they have a contact form and application that can be used to obtain pricing information. Being that account rates are generally somewhat based on credit rating, the lack of price listings make sense. Advantage Processors will work to provide the best possible rates and set up a low cost merchant account for your business. If you're tired of endless google searches and pages of merchant services information, visit Advantage Processors and see what they are able to offer you.

Discount Click: Paid Marketing that Pays Off

I'm not personally one to pay for marketing and search engine optimization services. This is mostly because I'm running a blog that's all about making money online for free. In the past, however, I have developed sites for companies that found it useful to pay for search engine optimization and online marketing. There are many sites out there offering paid services that help companies who maybe don't have the time or resources to become web saavy, but really need to have a strong web presence. One of these companies is Discount Click.

As far as online marketing consultants go, Discount Click isn't unique. They offer search engine optimization, keyword analysis, link building services, content writing, code optimization and several other standard services. The uniqueness of Discount Click lies in their pricing. Because of all the services they offer, they are able (and willing) to keep their plans in the affordable range.

For example, for $50 you can get a high quality link back to your site. If you don't know about link building this might sound a bit steep, but one "quality" link from a well-known, popular site is equivalent to hundreds of "junk" links from obscure blogs and list-your-own-link sites. Also on the low end is a self-service set of tools for tracking and optimization. You pay $50 a month for this do-it-yourself service designed for companies that are more IT-inclined.

At the high end, Discount Click offers a $2000-a-month service that aims to get many pages and keywords promoted. According to the website, this service is designed "For companies with higher marketing budgets, Suitable for businesses targetting search engine promotion keywords that are high competition and very generic phrases."

Overall, Discount Click would be a great choice for a company that needs to quickly and effectively build a web presence but doesn't want to build the resources to market in-house.

Succeed: Make Money Online in 30 days or less

There is a special VIP promo going on right now at Succeed In 30 Days. Basically, you get a bunch of free tools and tips on marketing and making money online. Below in italics is the text that they offer ready-made for posting ads and emails. I can't yet endorse this offer because I just signed up, but it's a win-win because you're not paying a dime and you get what looks to be some pretty cool stuff. According to the site this course won't be a freebie for long:

Every once in a while, something comes along that changes
the way that people do business online. Sometimes it's a
new software product, sometimes it's a traffic generator.

Right now, online marketer Richard Legg is putting the
finishing touches to his new online marketing course
titled:

"Succeed In 30 Days - How anyone can have an online
business in a month or less"

I've had a sneak preview of the course and I can tell
you it is absolutely amazing. If you are a newbie, or
if you've tried every program under the sun... and failed, this WILL help you finally succeed online. As part of the
course you'll discover:

> How to have your own "Online Empire" even if you have
absolutely no experience.

> How to generate a list of Hungry buyers for ANY site.

> How to advertise to millions of people legitimately.

> How to get the most essential tool, that every marketer
needs. Without it, you could lose 90% of sales.
(You'll be shown how to get it at No-Cost!)

> Plus: Instant Access to a resource that can make you
$50 or more within one hour of joining.

Plus much, much more...

As you can guess, a package like this could easily sell
for hundreds *BUT* act now and you can get instant access
at no cost to you whatsoever!

Not many people know this, but in order to tweak and
perfect the course, Richard is GIVING away a limited number
of V.I.P memberships to the first few people to visit the
site and join up. This way he can get feedback and improve it.
Once he's confident, he's going to start charging up to
$197 - $297 for the course.

I have been given access to a special V.I.P link to share
with a few people. Visit the site now, and you can join
for absolutely nothing. You can save hundreds!

Just Click Here Now.

Like I said, there are only a limited number of V.I.P
memberships and many are gone already. If you want to
grab a copy, you must visit now and secure it before
someone else does..

Sounds like some pretty hefty promises, but I say go for it. I did because there isn't one good reason not to. I haven't reviewed the actual course yet, but if the step-by-step guide to promoting the "VIP offer" and upgrades is any measure of how thorough and easy the rest of the program is, then it has a high chance of being excellent.

Blogvertise: A Great Profit Opportunity

I love writing. My dream is to someday be able to support myself solely through writing. That's what makes the blog phenomenon so exciting for me. Sure, right now I'm focusing just as much on advertising as I am on actually writing articles for the blog. But hopefully I'll eventually have traffic and advertising running on auto-pilot and I'll be able to really concentrate on the writing. One thing I'm really interested in is joining (free to bloggers!) sites that pay you to write about advertisers, products and other sites. One of these sites is Blogsvertise.

I'm not new to blogging (you can see Nuclear Nonsense for my last blog-ish endeavor), but this is the first time I've looked at it as a serious way to make money. Though I'm not new, Pajama Professional is. And because it's so new, it's hard to get accepted by pay-per-post type sites. I understand the logic behind this. The two main concerns would be: will a new blog stick around and generate enough traffic to make the advertiser's money worth it. I hope that - unlike other sites who won't even look at new blogs - Blogsvertise will give me a shot.

A great opportunity for advertisers, Blogsvertiseallows companies of all types, regardless of their level of internet savvy, to reach the huge community of those who frequent and create blogs. This is a corner of the market that advertisers can no longer afford to ignore and Blogsvertise allows them to get the exposure they need in the best way possible. They're not just placing ads on a blog site, they are becoming a part of the blog itself. This type of advertising is invaluable and will only become more important as blogs further integrate themselves into the daily lives of 21st century citizens.

But isn't this selling out? You ask. Isn't a blog about expressing your own views and the freedom to say whatever you want? It sure is. And Blogvertiserespects this. When you are given an advertiser to write an article about, you can freely express your opinions. The advertiser has to approve your article before payment, so a complete bash-piece probably isn't the best tactic for getting paid, but you are not in any way expected to create a glowing valentine for every topic about which you write.

Compensation varies, but - for most bloggers - you're going to write anyway. You may as well supplement some of your costs and time with Blogsvertise assignments. You also may be exposed to some sites and services that you find useful. The entire relationship is essentially a win-win situation for everyone involved. For anyone who is serious about blogging, I highly recommend signing up with Blogsvertise.

Making Money Online: Focus or Fan Out?

I've read a lot of articles recently on internet marketing strategies and it seems there are two main camps of internet marketers: those who focus and those who fan out.

The Focus Group
The Focus Folks choose a few money-makers and work them 'til they start bleeding money. Often these people are willing to invest some money to make their profits so they end up with business-in-a-box type systems that tend to be easier to implement and faster for profit-making. This doesn't necessarily mean that the Focus group makes more money, they just tend to need less patience and skill to get rolling.

While many of the pay-to-start programs offer money-back guarantees, you still have to fron the cash. And you don't really know what you're getting. Of course they're going to have 627 quotes from people who've "bought my dream home" and are "living the life I always wanted". These people are trying to sell the product, too. I would suspect that as people get started, they're already saying things like: "this is what worked for me" and "I make $51,786 a month." And then they have screenshots of their photoshopped bank statements.

I'm not saying that all MLMs and paid ways to make money online are scams. I just think you have to go in with your eyes wide open and realize that perhaps you're getting what you pay for. If a system costs you $47.95 and promises to make you $5,000 in your first month, you might not want to start spending that money until it's in your bank account.

Fanning Out for Funds

Being that this is my plan of attack, I can tell you that it can be really exhausting. Before I launched my blog last week, I'd done tons of research. And now that it's live, I'm simultaneously trying to join every free site, send out all the free mailings to safelists that I can and get my link posted as many places as possible. I've found it to be very addictive and the hours of sleep I get a night have about halved. Seriously.

There are seemingly endless sites to join that offer "everything you need to be successful and get rich." But among these lumps of coal lie several diamonds. And that's really what it's all about. At least for me.

As you can see from my blog, I enjoy (so far) the challenge of gathering information, pulling it all together and trying to make enough sense of it to make some cents. My goal is to see if you really do have to spend money to make money. So far I'm in the black, but only by about $25. Not bad for a week, though. My hypothesis is that at about the time I'm tired of joining every free site on the world weary web, my patience will pay off and some systems will really start making me money. I call it a hypothesis because I'm a follower of The Secret and the last thing I want to do is put out some negative energy by saying "I hope" or "fingers crossed." Plus it makes my experiment sound all serious and scientific.

Whichever path you choose to take on your way up the link ladder, may it bring you happiness and a healthy bank account. And for those of you joiners like myself, I'll be here to help.

Technorati is A - Twitter

Twitter. I wasn't going to join because it reminds me of a term one of my exes used to use that drove me nuts. However, when I saw today that it was the third most-searched term on Technorati I decided it was time to give in and move on. If it's the hottest new social networking site on the net (which it seems to be today) then I suppose I better get my links up there.

It calls itself a mini-blog. You enter basic profile information just like any social networking site and then Twitters asks you: "What are you doing right now?"

That's all it asks. You answer and become part of an endless timeline of everyone else who has answered the question. It looks to me like a fun way to check up on online contacts and create new ones. I'm not sure how effective this will be in bringing hits to my blog or getting people signed up with AGLOCO or any other referral service, but I'll update if it does.

Can AGLOCO deliver?

AGLOCO, AGLOCO, AGLOCO.Everywhere I look on my internet marketing sites, blogs and tech news sites I see hype about how rich AGLOCO is going to make everyone. WIth all that positive word-of-mouth, you knew that the naysayers had to step up sooner or later.

John Chow linked this article by Babak over at Trader's Narrative. Babak points out some very interesting holes in the logic behind AGLOCO's referral and payment system. He goes so far as to say that AGLOCO's marketing tag "own the internet" is a "bald-faced lie." Agloco is a privately owned company.

I found Babak's explanation of the credit conversions the most interesting part of his article:

"Agloco will convert these ‘hour units’ not into cash but into shares. But Agloco is a private company in start-up mode; has no public shares to distribute; is not profitable; hasn’t even released a product; and its founders failed the first time they tried this venture (what they lack in creativity, I suppose, they make up in persistence). Furthermore, according to SEC regulations, Agloco can not distribute unregistered shares to the public. While the ability of Agloco to produce and distribute value hinges on being able to going public, it’s ironic that the least amount of attention has been paid to this point."

He goes onto explain that should AGLOCO succeed in going public even more problems will result as traders on the market buy shares, yet the members are supposed to be the ones who hold the shares. I'm not a finance guru and I still feel like I have nothing to lose with AGLOCO. I've made no investment and even the five hours a month (the max surfing time that counts for credit) don't feel like too much to give for a possible windfall at some point. Or even a wind-stumble.

Win a Free Nintendo Wii with a Blog Post

You could say that you don't care if you don't have a Nintendo Wii, but that would be a lie. You could even say that $250 is too much to spend for a gaming system, but with the PS3 priced at more than twice that you know that's a lie too. You could say that you'd never play it, but - trust me on this - if you had one you would.

The good news is, you have the chance to get a Wii without paying $250. Apparently John Chow doesn't just help you make money online, he also helps you win stuff. With the help of 1234pens.com, a site that sells promotional pens, John is sponsoring the Evil Blog Contest to win a Nintendo Wii.

All you have to do is make a post in your blog about it including specific anchor text detailed in the post linked above. You have until March 31st to enter and the draw will be done in a video post. I know this isn't a way to make money, but it is free.

Make Money Giving Away Satellite TV Systems

People love free stuff. This is a fact you can't argue against. Anything from mini bars of soap in a hotel room to toothpicks at the restaurant, if it's free they'll take it. Today I discovered a free affiliate program that pays you for giving away satellite TV systems.

VMC Satellite will pay you up to $100 for each system you give away. There is no stock involved, you simply get people to subscribe to the satellite service and you get paid. For as little as $19.99 a month for service, subscribers will receive a free four-room professional installation including all equipment. These satellite boxes aren't your father's cable boxes either. These tuners are DVRs with HD capability. Not only that, but subscribers also get a free movie package for their first three months and a $200 credit for signing up.

All you have to do is sign up to be an affiliate to begin selling and receiving your commissions. Generally you'll receive $50 per sign-up for the first nine subscribers each month and $100 for each sign-up after that. However, from now until June 1st they have a promotion that offers you $110 for every installation you refer.

I can't personally vouch for this service because I just joined today. However, there is a great review here and apparently VMC Satellite Group is the number one online retailer of DISH network systems. I'll be posting updates if I'm able to make money with this program. In the meantime, if anyone has been successful with this opportunity please drop me a comment.

Increase Traffic with Clicks Matrix

I'm not really too keen on pay-to-surf or surf-for-traffic sites, but there are a couple I have used and would recommend. These sites offer free basic accounts and don't require much surfing to see traffic results. I haven't used them to make money so I'm not sure how effective their pay-to-surf options may be.

This evening I'd like to share some information about Clicks Matrix.
This is my favorite surf site mostly because I find the other members' sites interesting and I really like their Search Engine Surfing option (more on that in a minute). It's free to join and with your free account you get a 5:1 surfing ratio. This means that for every five sites you surf, you get one visit to your site. There is no surf bar to install, their bar runs inside your browser. Basically, you stay on each site for thirty seconds and then you click on the number shown in the bar (to prove you're actually looking at the sites and not automating anything) to go to the next site.

Clicks Matrix also offers "mystery credits" that appear as you're surfing. It's really just another way to make sure you're paying attention, but it's a nice bonus. There are also other hidden games you'll stumble upon while surfing and a monthly traffic lottery you can use credits to enter. If you'd rather have banner ads appear on the site than have your site appear in the surf queue, you can convert one credit to 25 banner impressions. Quite a good deal for those who know how to make an intriguing banner.

Perhaps the most interesting piece of Clicks Matrix is their Dare the Matrix game. You begin earning credits at level one and the amount of credits you earn in each level (there are 20 sites per level) increases exponentially. You can literally earn tens of thousands of hits to your site doing this. The catch is that it's an all-or-nothing game. At each level, you can choose to continue "daring the matrix" or you can take your credits and quit. If you lose while playing, you lose all the credits you've earned.

As I mentioned earlier, Clicks Matrix also offers a Search Engine Surfing option. If you're not the betting type, this offers a fairly good return for your time and is also quite helpful and interesting. This feature lets other members "pay" you a certain number of credits for visiting their site. YOu do a standard keyword search and the results are returned showing the number of credits you will earn for visiting the site for at least thirty seconds. I've found some pretty cool sites this way and it is the main reason why Clicks Matrix is one of the few surf-for-traffic sites I even bother with.

If you're looking for a not-so-mind-numbing method of increasing traffic to your site, swing by Clicks Matrix. It really does have something for everyone.

Cash Crate = Free Money

When it comes to making money online, there seem to be endless minefields of offers and sites that will make you a million before tax season is over. However, most of them can't really deliver on that dream. Fortunately, there are some legitimate sites out there and that's what this site is all about. In the past week or so, I've started hearing some really great things about Cash Crate. Based on the number of strong positive reviews I've read, I decided to join. It's already turned out to be the right move.

Cash Crate pays you to sign up for various offers, take surveys and buy certain products. There are a lot of free offers that will earn you several dollars and some inexpensive offers that pay quite a lot. The best thing is, if, like me, you're trying to make money online with little investment, you ought to sign up for these sites anyway.

Many of the free offers at Cash Crate are paid survey site registrations. While survey sites are pretty hit and miss, it's worth signing up for the $1 - $5 you'll earn for registering. Of course, some of the sites are those "Get A Free XBox By Signing up for some useless $50 a month membership program", but you can just skip those. There are plenty of worthwhile offers.

Personally, I'm trying to make as much money online as I can while spending the least amount possible. So I won't be spending $100 at Forex to get the $175 payout. But even sticking to the less than $10 payouts that have free registration, I'll still make enought money to make it worth my time.

Some of the highest pay-outs are for "free trials" of popular membership services. For instance, you can earn $26 by signing up for Blockbuster Online's $9.95 a month service. Theoretically, you can sign up for the service, cancel after you get your Cash Crate credit. The only warning I have (which you won't need if you're online savvy) is to make sure you read the small print on these offers before you give out your credit card information.

For anyone who wants to make money online, I would definitely recommend signing up for Cash Crate.com.

Free Traffic Tactics

The longer the internet is in existence, the more websites there will be. The more websites there are, the harder it will be to get people to your website. Sure, you can spend thousands of dollars advertising but what if you didn't have to? As it turns out, you don't have to. It will take a little extra elbow grease on your part, but you really can get loads of quality traffic to your website without spending a penny.

Well, I suppose that's not entirely true. You will have to spend $4.95 to buy Louis Allport's video e-book: 5 Easy Ways to Boost Your Website Traffic for Free. But I promise you it's worth it.

This video e-book doesn't include just one video. It has six videos totalling over 100 minutes of tutorials by Louis Allport himself. If you're new to internet marketing, you might not have heard of Louis Allport. Before I started using these techniques I hadn't heard of him either. Louis is a pioneer of online video and has created dozens of online information products. Just Google his name and you'll see what I mean. This guy is super-successful at what he does and now you can have access to the five main tactics he's used to gain traffic to his sites.

The videos in this package take you through the basics of creating traffic with articles, viral e-books, affiliate programs, press releases and even how to optimize your site to gain high search-engine ranking.

I haven't even told you the best part yet. When you buy this video e-book you get resale rights. That means that, not only can you make back what you spent on the book, you can also reap profits from it. And that's on top of having access to all of Louis' great advice and tactics. I've seen this package sell for upwards of $25, but you can have it today for only $4.95 if you just follow this link Once you've purchased the program, you can do anything you like with it: burn it on a CD and sell it via catalog, send it to fellow internet markets for free in exchange for referrals...it's all yours!

Make Money with My Lot.

It's like My Space with cash back. My Lot is a new-ish community site that will pay you for posting to discussions, commenting and referring new members. The set-up couldn't be easier. YOu enter some basic information (user name, email address, etc.) and then you fill in your profile. Much like My Space, the profile is a free-form list of categories that allows you to enter your interests. This will help match you with other My Lot members who share your interests.

Like any other affiliate system, the more people you refer, the more money you make. But, as with most of the things posted on this blog, it's all free. Payments are via Pay-Pal monthly and the minimum pay-out is $10. The more you participate in the My Lotcommunity, the more money you can make.

There are currently a little over 80,000 members of the community so they're implementing the payment system in an attempt to really get the site to take off. This means that if you help the site take off you're getting in on the ground floor. I just joined this evening so I'll post an update soon letting you all know how it's working for me. In the meantime, go sign up here.

Stumble-Upon

I stumbled upon Stumble-Upon a couple of weeks ago and I'm hooked. While this isn't a money-making opportunity per se, it is a great networking and advertising tool.

Stumble-upon is like a great big bunch of friends who surf the internet with you. After a quick free sign-up on the website, you check some boxes to determine what types of sites you'll visit. By choosing your categories, you give the service a basic idea of what you'd like to see when you surf. Then, you install the (completely spyware, adware, and any-other-scary-ware free) toolbar into your browser and, when you feel like checking out new sites, you click the Stumble button. As you stumble, you can rate sites, so the more you surf using Stumble, the better the service will be at sending you to sites you'll enjoy.

The marketing tool hidden (or not so hidden) in all of this is the rating system. If you rate a site that is not yet on the Stumble network, you will be asked to add and review it. You can add and review any site you want as Stumble is essentially unmoderated. This means that you can add the sites you own that you would like to get more traffic to, allowing those interested to stumble across your site.

Stumble-Upon is not only fun and addictive, it can work as a great marketing tool for your websites.
